Welcome to Arleston Neighbourhood Watch

Welcome to Arleston Neighbourhood Watch Scheme

Local residents have set up a neighbourhood watch scheme in Arleston due to concerns of rising crime in the area. The scheme was launched in August of this year.

As a scheme we would like to:

Reduce / prevent local crime and disorder

- Reduce fear of crime

- Address issues relating to antisocial behaviour

- Create safer neighbourhoods

- Build community spirit and cohesion

- Reassure members of the public

- Enhance partnership working with other community groups

- Assist in the detection and apprehension of criminals through members providing information to the police

- Improve quality of life and the local environment

More about us

In August, we became aware of reports of antisocial behaviour. We worked with our fellow residents of the community, the local police and Cllr Angela McClements in addressing the issue. Due to our work with the police, we saw an increase in patrols within the area and reports of anti social behaviour have reduced which is fantastic.

How to join our scheme

We welcome residents who live in Arleston to join our official scheme as we look to make further improvements within our community. If any resident would like to join our official scheme, they can register via this link

For anyone who would like to join the registered scheme, please join neighbourhood watch as a member. Once you have become a member, you will then be able to search for our scheme by using your own postcode in the "find my local scheme". You will then be able to apply to join our scheme.
