Some good news

Some good news to share

We have acknowledged residents concerns about parking on John Broad Avenue and Limekiln Lane especially at school drop off and school collection times. We raised your concerns with our local councillor Angela McClements & our local officers.

Today, we noticed a tweet on Twitter by Telford & Wrekin Council. We would like to share it with you all.

Wellington Town Council Commuity Action Team have had the Neighbourhood Enforcement Officers & local Police officers looking at parking issues outside Shortwood School. Patrol along Limekiln Lane and around John Broad Avenue. Be mindful of how you park to avoid obstruction for motorists, pedestrians & residents. #telfcat #telfneo #telfenforce

Arleston Neighbourhood Watch would like to thank Angela McClements for taking the time to raise concerns on behalf of ourselves and local residents. We would also like to thank Telford & Wrekin Council & our local officers for acknowledging concerns raised too.

May we remind all residents to be mindful of how you park. Please take pedestrians and other motorists in to consideration when travelling along our local roads.

Thank you
