Anti Social Behaviour Survey
Have you been effected by anti social behaviour?
If you have, we want to hear from you!
As a neighbourhood watch scheme, we are passionate about establishing what issues effect our community. We are also very keen to work with the police, our local councillor, the council and other 3rd parties in addressing and trying to resolve issues of anti social behaviour.
We know that some residents have been effected by anti social behaviour. However, we want to give our fellow neighbours the opportunity of having their say.
If you haven't yet taken part in our most recent survey, please visit the link below

The results so far.....
As you can see, the majority of residents who have completed the survey so far, have suffered from the aspects of anti social behaviour.
This is very disappointing to see. We don't want anyone to become a victim of this type of crime. This is why we want to establish how many people are effected. What types of anti social behaviour are taking place. This information will be useful to us especially in our work with 3rd parties, who we hope will help us to reduce the amount of asb on our local streets.
As you will see from the results above, groups of people hanging around the streets and shouting, screaming and drunkeness are the most common types of asb in Arleston. Abusive or insulting behaviour is another form of asb that we would like to see a reduction of. Please be considerate of your neighbours and other residents. We are not saying that you cannot have fun and enjoy yourself. Just be mindful of those around you, such as those with young families.
We would like to see more people reporting all types of crime to the Police. When crime goes unreported, the police are unaware that there is a problem. So please, call 101 or report online if you witness any suspicious behaviour or a crime taking place. Alternatively, you can report online via www.westmercia.police.uk or via crimestoppers.
We would like our officers to know where the hot spots are within Arleston ie where there is a problem with certain types of crimes taking place. This will help the police immensely if they know which areas are effected so they can concentrate on those areas.
What can you do to help?
Please complete our survey as soon as possible. This will enable us to provide results to the police and 3rd party agencies about the problems we have as a community in respect of asb.
Please report any instances of anti social behaviour that you become aware of. As we have mentioned above, this will help the police to establish which areas are "problem areas". They can look at ways in which to try and reduce the number of instances. The police may also decide to work with third parties in addressing and trying to resolve cases of asb.
If you have any further questions about the survey or you have information that you would like to submit to us, please send us a Facebook message via our page or send us an email to arlestonneighbourhoodwatch@gmail.com
We really do appreciate all information that is sent to us. If we feel that we need to send the information that you provide on to a 3rd party, we will always seek your permission to do so first. We will ensure that your identity is always anonymous unless you give us permission to share your details with any 3rd party agencies.
Thank you to everyone who has completed the survey so far. We really do hope that more people will come forward and complete it.
